Your information

Privacy & cookies.

How this website handles enquiries and measurement, and how to change your choices.

Information you send with an enquiry

Dents UK, 490 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1UE, receives the details you send so the team can respond, assess the requested work and manage your enquiry. The Repairs, Customs and Security forms are hosted by HighLevel, which processes the contact details, vehicle information, messages and files you submit.

Only send information relevant to your vehicle and the work you need. Check photographs for unrelated people, documents or other personal information before uploading them. Opening a form does not book work or confirm that a claim has been accepted.

If your enquiry involves an insurer, claims partner or a project partner, the relevant arrangements and information needed should be discussed with you as part of progressing that enquiry. For questions about an existing record, how long it is retained, or a request to access, correct or delete your information, contact sales@dentsuk.com or 020 8514 8838. Some information may need to be retained to manage a repair, warranty, dispute or applicable record-keeping requirement.

Website statistics

Google Analytics measures visits, navigation, contact-link clicks and confirmed website form successes. On this website it starts by default unless you switch it off. You can choose Reject optional tracking, or change the Analytics checkbox and save your choices, in Privacy preferences. The preferences button is available in the footer of every page.

Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies such as _ga. The website's custom enquiry event contains the division and form identity, not your name, email, phone number, vehicle registration, message or uploaded files. A telephone or WhatsApp click records an intention to make contact; it does not confirm that a call connected or a conversation took place.

The website disables advertising storage and advertising personalisation signals. Google's privacy information explains its processing.

Optional session recordings

Microsoft Clarity starts only if you explicitly enable session recordings. It helps us understand how visitors use the page. Its permission is separate from Analytics and can be withdrawn using Privacy preferences. The embedded enquiry area is masked by the website integration; do not put sensitive information into unrelated page controls. Clarity can use cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Microsoft's privacy statement provides more information.

Forms, maps, reviews and social features

HighLevel forms and their spam protection, Elfsight's WhatsApp and review widgets, maps and Instagram project embeds connect to their respective providers when loaded. These services can receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may use their own storage. The Analytics and Clarity controls do not turn off these separate embedded services.

If you follow a WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or other external link, the destination service handles that interaction under its own terms and privacy settings. You can telephone or email Dents UK if you prefer to enquire without completing an embedded form.

Saved choices and your rights

Your Analytics and session-recording choices are saved in this browser's local storage. Clearing site data or using another browser means you may need to choose again. Rejecting tracking prevents future events from this integration and removes the first-party Analytics and Clarity cookies it recognises; it does not erase information already held by a provider.

Contact Dents UK using the details above with a privacy question or rights request. Depending on the circumstances, your rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
