Established in 2004, Dents UK has built up a reputation we are extremely proud of in the years since opening. From starting out as a small unit on our current site to quadrupling the size of our premises over the next couple of years, we have seen an increase in customers from both private retail and insurance markets.

The undoubted foundation of our longevity can only be attributed to the one thing which we prioritize here at Dents UK, the customer experience from start to finish.

Our main aim after consulting with the customer, is to find out the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident, so we can logically assess the best way forward for them. In many cases, it’s better to avoid going through Insurance for small dents and dings, but in heavier accidents or one involving multiple panels on the car, it’s not always cost effective to pay out of our own pocket. If the customer needs to go through Insurance, we’re always here to help, offering advice and also saving a minimum of the first £150 off their excess, and sometimes even more when we can.
