Q. My insurer has given me the number of another garage. Do I have to use them?
A. No, you are legally entitled to choose where you have your vehicle repaired.

Q. My insurance company has asked me to get more than one estimate. How many do I need to supply them with?
A. Legally you only need to supply them with one estimate/quotation from the company of your choice.

Q. Who will pay for the replacement vehicle?
A. DENTS UK will recover all costs from the responsible driver’s insurance company on your behalf. There will be no costs to you for this service.

Q. What if my vehicle is still driveable?
A. In order for us to try and book you a replacement vehicle we will need you to find out the date your vehicle is being repaired.

Q. What if my vehicle is un-driveable or uneconomical to repair?
A. If your vehicle is un-driveable or uneconomical to repair, ring us immediately so that we can provide you with a replacement vehicle.

Q. What type of courtesy car will I get?
A. We aim to give you a replacement vehicle appropriate to your needs, so that you are not inconvenienced in any way.

Q. How long can I keep the replacement vehicle?
A. If your vehicle is repairable you can keep the replacement vehicle until yours has been repaired.

Q. What if my passengers or I were injured?
A. If you or your passengers suffered an injury as a result of the accident you are legally entitled to claim compensation, please contact us for advice and guidance.

Q. My car has been bumped - I can’t see any real damage so is it worth getting it checked?
A. Yes, definitely. Whilst there may not be any exterior damage visible, damage can often occur to areas you can’t easily see so it’s always a good idea to have your vehicle checked for safety reasons.
